Visit of C3A Team to MCS

Centre for Counselling & Career Advisory (C³A) conducted a series of activities planned for students and faculty members of the Military College of Signals (MCS) during the month of December. The initiatives included a lecture on Career Planning & Management for sophomores aiming to provide guidance on self-awareness and how to navigate and explore career paths. Awareness raising session on Mental Health Issues was conducted addressing stress, anxiety, and depression. These sessions were conducted by Ms. Rohia Nusrat, Psychologist and Ms. Sidra Azhar, Senior Career Counsellor.

The C³A team also led a training session on Basic Counselling Skills for faculty members, equipping them to address student concerns effectively.
