NUST pays paid special attention towards training and development of its community. A relaxed mind is one of the factors that improves job productivity and quality of relationship both at a personal and professional level. Keeping that in mind C3A conducted a workshop on ‘Mindfulness Meditation’ for the Faculty/Officers on 22 October 2019. The objectives of the workshop were to familiarise them with meditation to help them increase their own awareness and to teach them a few techniques of mindfulness which they could apply on themselves whenever they felt stressed out. Participants were also made to practice two techniques, Mindfulness of Breath and Mindfulness of Thoughts. It proved to be a fruitful discourse.
