C3A Leads Impactful Sensitization Training Session for NUST Library Team

The Centre for Counselling and Career Advisory (C³A) facilitated a comprehensive and engaging sensitization training for the staff members of NUST Central Library on August 15^th, 2024. The training session, led by the C³A team was aimed at enhancing the participants’ understanding of the NUST Policy on Protection against Harassment and the PDA (Public Display of Affection) policy, with a focus on their practical implementation. The training provided in-depth discussions on the staff’s roles in effectively handling harassment and PDA incidents.

Additionally, this training was designed to provide practical strategies to help staff maintain appropriate boundaries and assertiveness in their professional roles. The session featured thought-provoking group tasks and presentations through which staff members gained valuable insights.
