C3A Facilitates Training Session on Public Dealing for Finance Directorate Members

In a proactive initiative to enhance personal development and improve organizational effectiveness, the Centre for Counselling & Career Advisory (C3A) recently conducted a specialized training session for members of the Finance Directorate on 05th June, 2024.

The training led by Ms. Ayesha Mujeeb, GM (C3A) aimed at providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the significance of adept public dealing skills, along with strategies to overcome associated obstacles and challenges encountered in such interactions. This training fostered an engaging and interactive environment, wherein attendees enthusiastically took part in dynamic discussions and hands-on activities. These activities further allowed participants to share their personal experiences and learn from one another’s insights. Additionally, feedback from participants following the training session highlighted its effectiveness in equipping them with actionable strategies and practical tools to navigate complex social scenarios with confidence and competence.
