Mindfulness is extensively used for depression, anxiety, stress reduction and other psychological issues along with other therapies. A capacity building training will be conducted for C3A Psychologists. The objectives of the training are to familiarise them with meditation to help them increase their own awareness and to teach techniques of mindfulness which they could practice on themselves and their clients whenever they feel stressed out
