Summer Camp Students Attend a Session on Emotional Health and Career Advisory Conducted by C3A at NUST Central Library (NCL)

The Centre for Counselling and Career Advisory (C3A) successfully conducted a 3-hour session on importance of emotional  health and career advisory as part of the Summer Camp held at the NUST Central Library on 11th July 2024.

This session led by the C3A team was specifically designed for participants aged 4 – 17 years and focused on nurturing young minds in career exploration and emotional awareness. Different activities were planned and customized to the needs of diverse age groups. This helped to stimulate participant’s curiosity and foster a deeper understanding of their emotions. Participants enthusiastically took part in activities designed to enhance their career-related vocabulary, identify basic professions, and recognize their individual strengths as they relate to career opportunities. Furthermore, fundamental emotional management techniques were also shared with the participants to promote their overall wellbeing.
